“Confidential Information” is proprietary information relating to Company’s business including business and financial records, customer lists, intellectual property, proprietary data, security measures, new products or services, forecasts or any other proprietary business information that, if disclosed, could affect the business of Company.
Non Disclosure: Volunteer will not
disclose confidential information to any third party.
make or permit to make copies or other reproduction of confidential information/foundation plans.
make any commercial use of confidential information.
After the period of volunteering is over, the volunteer will immediately return all the material that belongs to the foundation.
Non adherence to the foundation rules will lead to cancellation of membership.
Founders of the BeTheReason Foundation reserve the right to cancel the nomination of any member/volunteer if his/her work/activity is not satisfactory.
